Recently completed 5 projects near CONNAUGHT CIRCUS, all designed from a scratch, having a single focused and consistent planning in response to ecology and elevation treatment with rhythm and integrity and containing 'PUBLIC ART very logically. For the above Inter-action with NDMC, MCD, CFO Delhi, DMRC and DUAC for Multi-storied housing, Connaught Circus (Panchkuian Road) also 4 storied Traffic Accounts Office and G.M. Suites Complex, State Entry Road, opposite Plaza Cinema, New Delhi. State Entry Road is more in news ever since METRO line 3 started in C.P.

Earlier designed and dedicated the 'Computerized Rail Reservation Centre' to the existing Charbagh Railway Station at Lucknow. The Centre has been acclaimed for its straight forward planning, even though on levels and sitting majestically in harmony with the fabulous 'Charbagh.'

In the International Trade Fairs at Pragati Maidan, won the prestigious Gold and Silver medals for excellence in Display and Designing, for RAILWAYS, which was a continuation in the legacy, having won the silver medal for Ministry of Works & Housing in 1981, and of course another Gold Medal at the World Book Fair 1980, in which the legend Kapil Dev was the Chief Guest. Helped to organize 1st interior Design Workshop for CPWD in 1982.

The photographic exhibition on the "LIFE & TIMES of JAMNALAL BADAD" was inaugurated by President Sanjeeva Reddy. The exhibition with GANDHI JI & Freedom Movement as background traveled all over India. The conversion of the last abode of Jamnalalji into a gallery-cum-museum inaugurated by RAHUL BAJAJ in the presence of Acharya Vinoba Bhave, permanently at WARDHA.

The Handloom Float REPUBLIC DAY 1978 AWARDED 1ST PRIZE by Ministry of Defence.

The FIA 76, a trade fair, designed and delivered as a 'HIGH' in the sleepy Industrial Township of Faridabad, HARYANA. Inaugurated by President Fakhruddin Ali Ahmad, at the height of EMERGENCY, it even had, near the 'Pandaal" a large banner hailing the PM's 20 point programme!

The success for FIA led to an invitation by ROTARY CLUB Faridabad, as a Guest Speaker. The topic chosen "WHO NEEDS AN ARCHITECT" meant as a satire!! In fact for many achievements one is thankful to organizations like Dipsites, Conversazione,USIS, Max Mueller Bhavan, British Council, YATRIK theatre group, ROUND TABLE INDIA, Doordarshan and certainly India International Centre, where many interesting symposia like... MEDICENES &MEDICOES, Different Systems SViewpoints... EXCELLENCE IN YOUR CHOSEN FIELD followed by a visit to a village... EXCELLENCE within your means"... and now the India HABITAT Centre... keeps charging our "batteries"....

A number of meaningful articles in newspapers, PROFESSIONAL magazines (i.e. editorship once in a while). INTENSIVE participation in national and international seminars in India and Abroad. Railway Board Room Interior, in Rail Bhawan 1987, was talked about for its excellence in the Government Circles! Around the same time one had designed some innovative interiors, and VIDEOCON's first office in Delhi was one of them.

The interior which has touched the lives of all, is the Mezzanine Concept making optimum use of space, beautifully and logically. Designed initially for a small office qin the crowded Delhi Stock Exchange, it was naturally incorporated in their dynamic New trading hall in 1991,used by thousands, THEN !

The undersigned had 'Ajanta Arts Film Studio' as College Thesis; somehow it led to our designing 5 film studios at the Film Centre, Noida. As a tribute to the legendary film maker RAJ KAPOOR, BONEY KAPOOR's Studio was inaugurated by Mrs. Krishna Raj Kapoor & MARWAH Films & Video Studio AAFT by Madhuri Dixit.

Sir Richard Attenburogh's GANDHI 1980-82 gave us first hand experience of PROFESSIONALISM in FILMS... One had a small part as one of Gandhiji's companions, when he is shot at. Luckily the film starts and ends with this SCENE - thus a very satisfying 'exposure' ? (Experience)!
